OK...do I have 30 minutes to park or 2 hours??

Yesterday we hit the bookstores. First stop (after I stopped and shopped at the "Almost as Expensive as Jewelry Art Store" in Glendale for some stupid reason and something I "needed" that only "they" had), were the two bookstores on Brand Blvd in Glendale. We nabbed a front row parking space only to look up and discover this sign which was right in the middle of one parking space-the space that we were in. So, how much time do you have if you are parked directly under the sign?
